What is BluMortgage?

And now, with the Fastkey integration, BluMortgage users can order verification services and receive results directly within their client records.
How the Integration Works
Getting started is simple. From within BluMortgage, users can connect their existing Fastkey account or create a new one in just a few clicks.

If you already have a Fastkey account, simply enter your email and connect. You will be redirected to a secure login page to verify your credentials.

Configurable Field Mapping
One of the standout features of this integration is the ability to configure field mapping between your Zoho CRM and Fastkey. This means you can map fields like First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone from your Contact or Lead records directly to the Fastkey request form. When you send a verification request, the applicant information is pulled automatically — no manual data entry required.

Order Any Service, Right from Your CRM
Once connected, you can order any Fastkey service directly from a Contact or Lead record in BluMortgage. Choose from the full range of verification services:
- Identity Verification — Fast, secure ID verification for your clients
- Identity Verification + AML/PEP Screening — Enhanced screening with anti-money laundering and politically exposed persons checks
- CRA Documents — Retrieve Canada Revenue Agency tax documents

The applicant details are pre-filled from their CRM record, and you can add an optional message to the applicant before sending the request.

Results Delivered Directly to Client Records
Once a verification is completed, the results are automatically attached to the corresponding Contact or Lead record in BluMortgage. No need to switch between platforms, download files separately, or manually track which client has which document. Everything stays organized within your CRM workflow.
VerifyCRA Integration

In addition to our standard CRA document retrieval, BluMortgage users can also take advantage of the VerifyCRA integration to retrieve CRA tax documents directly. This provides mortgage professionals with another reliable option for income verification, ensuring you have the documentation you need to process mortgage applications efficiently.
